Mobidays collects personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address, only if you provide this information to us voluntarily. We collect only the personal data that are necessary to process your registration for the conference and that you disclose on the registration form.
We do not collect information about our visitors from other sources, such as public records or bodies, or private organisations. Mobidays will take reasonable and prudent precautions to ensure that your personally identifiable data is protected against unauthorised access, use, or disclosure.
Mobidays uses your personal data for internal purposes and to promote efficient communications between Mobidays and participants.

Automatic Collection of Information
We automatically log the personal data listed below:
 – your server address;
 – the pages you accessed;
 – the previous site you have visited;
 – the type of browser you are using.
We do so for technical administration of the website. These data are not analysed in a systematic manner. Aggregate statistics containing no individual personal data may be made available to the conference organisers.
We do not use cookies to store personal data nor do we link non-personal information stored in cookies with personal data about specific individuals.

Data Retention Policy
All collected information will only be stored as long as is necessary to process your registration and organise the conference. Some personal data will be passed on to the organisers of Mobidays, to assist them in their preparation for that conference and the project reports.

Confidentiality / Security
All our employees and data processors who have access to, and are associated with, the processing of personal data, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of our visitors' personal data.
We ensure that your personal data will not be disclosed to State institutions and authorities except if required by law or other regulation.
